Instructions on claim process:
  • Click “Here and download the applicable accident report form
  • Fill the form
  • Add pictures of the affected areas, showing vehicle registration numbers if vehicles are involved
  • Add other supporting documents (for suggested list of possible supporting documents click Here)
  • Submit the form and attachments to our nearest office as soon as possible or scan and send to
    claims.insurance@enterprisegroup.com.gh

    List of supporting documents:
  • Fire report (in the event of fire)
  • Police report (in the event of theft or accident)
  • Supplier's invoice
  • Repair estimate
